Warranty Coverage

We offer a 3-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering:

Material or craftsmanship defects, such as significant internal fractures (not naturally occurring) or broken connectors (not caused by external force).

Structural damage due to manufacturing defects, such as string breakage under normal wear (not due to pulling or excessive force).

Exclusions from Warranty

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by accidental drops, impacts, excessive pulling, chemical exposure, or improper handling.

Normal wear and tear from regular use, including minor scratches, fading, or natural inclusions/veins within the crystal.

Changes in crystal energy due to personal aura or environmental influences (as this is a natural characteristic of crystals).

Damage resulting from improper care (e.g., failure to follow recommended cleansing and maintenance instructions).

Products that exceed the warranty period.

How to Request Warranty Service

If your product meets the warranty conditions, please contact us and provide your order number, clear photos of the affected area, and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days and arrange an appropriate resolution, such as repair, replacement, or a partial discount.

We offer flat rate shipping on all products. All shipments are insured. Express shipping tracking numbers are also provided.
